If you have had a wrist fracture and you are being treated in a cast, this video shows some exercises you should do to keep your fingers mobile

This video shows some exercises to perform once your plaster cast has been removed. If you have had an operation for your wrist fracture you can start these exercises once your surgeon or therapist tell you that this is safe.
